I just read Orc Bought by Alisyn Fae and loved it!! Highly recommend if you're looking for an older FMC and a single mom storyline. It rides the line between dark and sweet, too, in a really nice way.

A more out-there rec by Kathryn Moon is Good Deeds- a why choose AndroidxMonster romance that is sweet, funny, spicy, and one of my all-time favorites!!!

Also, for a shameless plug, I have a Kraken romance coming out on Thursday, March 27th that is dark and spicy and wild! The Kraken's Castaway by Cassandra Medcalf <3

For my fellow thoughtful deviant babes—the darker CM Nascosta books are perfect. Thinking The Minoan Bride, The Filled Vessel, Shadows & Light, and all the Wheel of the Year books. They’ve got juicy deep plots to go with the other juicy deep stuff 👹

I really enjoyed Knowing the Ogres Heart by Lyonne Riley. I've been following her stuff for awhile and was fortunate enough to be an ARC reader for it. There was a greater building of chemistry in this book between the main characters and I just love it!

I am currently enjoying Devil's Doom, book 2 of the Yaga and the Devil trilogy.

It is a wonderful combination of Dark Fantasy with the mythology/folklore of Poland.

Thank you for all of the recommendations.

Doctor D’Arco, Sorcerer of London can scratch that dark gothic itch, it’s one of my favs of 2024.

Mate For the Alien P*rn Star doesn’t get nearly the love it deserves, either.
