Tryggred by the Orc is an Orc Sworn side quest that Finley Fenn created for the lovers of her orc world, and she took no storytelling shortcuts. This story is especially perfect to read after finishing The Maid and the Orcs and before Yuled by the Orcs.
I mentioned no storytelling shortcuts because I have to appreciate how this plot weaves perfectly in with Maid's plot. Readers of Maid can back me up that it is a big book with a lot going on. During Alma, Baldr, and Drafli's story, we know some sort of fun side plot is happening for Tryggr and Eben, and here it is. It is spicy and sweet, and you'll want to cry a little at some points. As you might imagine, our MMCs have some stuff to unpack.
As a side note, this book is being released just before the holiday reading season, when many readers would pick up Yuled. So early fall is the perfect time to grab and read this.
